Rent protection and legal expenses insurance

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the insurance provider removed their rent protection and legal expenses insurance offering.
They have now re-instated this option, but it is less attractive than it once was. Whilst this is understandable due to the current and potential economic uncertainty, as well as the inability to evict problematic tenants at this time, you should consider whether the offering is now suitable for your requirements (it used to be a no-brainer in my opinion, but perhaps at least some cover is better than none at all).
